White Rose Forest - Lister Park

Lister Park is Bradford's award winning flagship park. Opened in 1870 the park underwent a £4.5m restoration project finishing in 2001. Since then the park has retained a Green Flag Award and in 2006 was voted the "Best Park in Britain". The park proves a valuable resource for the local community and visitors to the area alike.

The centrepiece of the park is Cartwright Hall Art Gallery, which is sat to the rear of fantastic formal flower beds and to the side of the Mughal Gardens Water Feature. At the lower end of the park there is a boating lack, cafe and children's play area.
